Are you a brilliant** student/fresh graduate **in Management Engineering ?

We are looking for **brilliant students/fresh graduates **with a strong passion for the **Automotive** sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month** Internship **in a **dynamic** and **international** context based in our Industrial Area at our Sant'Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

- Updating activities and Virtual Training delivery related to our new product:

- System update (example takt change and/or operation modification)

- Operator training planning - Operator training support

- Training progress monitoring

- Start-up activities of the new Virtual Training system:

- Data collection for software model construction

- Data harmonization to be sent to the supplier

- Verify system functionality, adjustments and definition of standard activities

- Workstation hardware preparation

- Operator training support for direct areas

- Pilot projects "Production Team Leader training course" and "Production Department Heads training course":

- "As is" Analysis

- Analysis of specific area content needs

- Definition and realization of specific contents

- Delivery planning and support

- Activity progress monitoring

**In order to meet these targets, you will need**:

- Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus

- Enrolled in a Master's degree/graduated in Engineering

- Analytical Skills

- Target oriented

- Proactive attitude

- Team working

- Good communication skills.

- CAD 3D as a plus
