About the Internship in Workplace Experience

Join us in Workplace Experience team and you will provide support in executing or attending Workplace activities to provide an excellent level of Workplace services and contribute to coordinate the reference suppliers.

You will also support in identifying and solving related issues with a good degree of autonomy and contribute in order to provide to process improvements.

In the end, you will contribute to reach workplace projects goals and facilitate the interaction between the Workplace Experience function and the internal/external stakeholders involved.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Provide support in wellbeing initiatives through internal communications activities, relationships with suppliers, service monitoring and invoicing processes

- Provide support in vendors management by dealing with communications, document collection, updates and similar administration activities

- Be one of the points of contact for process purchasing requests, good receipt and monthly accruals for employees' services (mainly for couriers).

- Provide support in monitoring and managing validity and expiration date of yearly company agreements

- Provide support in coffee and snack machines' stock monitoring as well as coordinating replenishment in the kitchen, break areas, print areas and hygienic corners

- You will be also involved in several projects such as the implementation of digital business cards

Who we're looking for:

- University Degree

- Fluency in English and in Italian

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

- Strong Customer orientation and Problem-solving skills

- Ability to work alone, in a team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders

What's 'nice to have':

- A previous experience in a Workplace Experience or similar department will be considered a plus

- Knowledge of SAP

- Knowledge of Coupa system

- Strong communication skills

- Quick learning capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit

- Attitude to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines
