**Position Summary
Information Technology at Nestle is a multicultural, complex, and diverse organisation; recently transformed from a classical into an agile organisation, with different hubs distributed across the world where young talent is supported and nurtured.
This position is based in the
**Milan Global Hub**, one of the Hubs that delivers solutions for the global company.
It was created 4 years ago, and the current context is very dynamic and diverse, with more than
**26 different nationalities and different backgrounds working in multidisciplinary teams**.
Our priority is to reinforce in our people the Identity of our Organisation and the sense of belonging to the IT community.
We have identified several domains that can drive Employees Engagement, like providing Development opportunities on new Technological Trends, Training to build new capabilities to stay on top of the evolving IT market, some opportunities to know better the community and bond the community around our values.
Some of the activities will be focused on local level (Italy), others will be for the zone (Europe) or for the IT Global level.
The intern will have the opportunity to support the realisation of our Engagement Plan, more specifically contribute to the following activities:
- **IT organisation awareness**: develop a framework to help IT teams to understand the Nestle IT product-based organisation and the development opportunities available.
- **People engagement**: support initiatives aiming at bonding the IT organisation around a strong sense of belonging, company culture and wellbeing.
- **Multicultural and Diversity&Inclusion**: support the development of events and initiatives to celebrate the diversity and foster an inclusive environment.
This assignment will be a great opportunity to get familiar with a Product Based IT organisation, in the largest Food and Beverage company in the world; be exposed to a truly multicultural and diverse environment, supporting exciting activities to develop employee engagement.
**_A day in the life of. . . _
- Support Workforce 360 Europe regional manager to gather the necessary stakeholders' alignment and consensus around the different initiatives.
- Support the formalisation of the different initiatives and the creation of the team leveraging the capabilities available in the organisation, being Human Resources, Communication, Technical and Functional teams (using collaboration tools like Mural, MS Teams).
- Support the realisation of the selected priorities, events, or activities which can be on site or remote (using MS Teams or Meta Workplace tools).
- Tracking the impact of the different activities, defining the right measures and KPIs leveraging Power BI dashboard.
