Your challenge:
Dematic is looking for a talented IT Help Desk Specialist to be hired with an internship contract for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio.
He/She will collaborate with the IT Manager to deliver technical support for end-users.

Main activities:
- Support Windows desktop OS
- Assist with the diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer
- Support in the resolution of general network issues (Office Automation, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
)
Tasks and Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- Have a real passion and enthusiasm for the IT field
- Previous experience in IT department will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of Windows environment and computer hardware and software at an entry level
- Good customer service skills, polite, strong attention to details with excellent follow up
- Very good knowledge of English written and spoken
- Proactivity
