OTB Spa is looking for a resource for its Headquarters in Breganze (VI) to start a 6-months **Internship **as **IT Project Manager **supporting the IT Project Manager in different projects which involve various company functions (production, logistics, retail, etc.

).

The main activities will be:

- Supporting the internal Project Manager in the development of assigned projects, through the use of best practices and PMO industry reference tools in the areas of:

- Definition of objectives, constraints, timeframes and methods;

- Definition of the business cases, budgets and actuals;

- Organization of the communications, presentations and meetings;

- Identification of risks, coordination between parties, mitigation of potential issues;

- Team definition and identification of their activities like sponsors, stakeholders, informed etc.

**Job requisition**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics or similar courses;

- Good knowledge of the English language;

- Aptitude for project management and knowledge of the main industry methodologies;

- Ability to manage the tasks assigned, the priorities and the deadlines.
