Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as Finance & Controlling Intern.

You will join the Administration, Finance & Controlling function and will be trained to understand the logic of monitoring the company's economic performance indicators, as well as to apply reporting, consolidation, cost analysis, and budgeting techniques. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.

Main Activities You will collaborate with your tutor in:

Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing performance data. Maintaining and developing reporting tools. Defining the company's KPIs subject to monitoring. Finalizing the calculation of monthly data and planning for medium- and long-term goals. Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1). Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and business intelligence tools.
