**Purpose of the job**:

The Intern will support on Service 4. 0 roadmap deployement.

G roup of projects that aim the digitalization of the business processes, covering the E2E flow of Alstom's maintenance activities.

The student will join Demand Otpimizer's team, to implement a tool that improves the process of planning the maintenance activities.

He/She will play a key role acting as a bride between Alstom's Central Team (Paris) and Italian team.

**Internship Objectves**:

Support the Italian and the central team in the construction and implementation of a tool that can facilitate the composition of work packages for trains under maintenance on the basis of the capacity (available resources), the time spent by the trains under maintenance and the "weight" of the visits maintenance to be carried out.

The student will collaborate in capturing requirements, supporting transfer to IS&T, testing the tool and reporting bugs, defining the new process, and training the end users

**Competencies that will be acquired during the internship**:

Business analysis

Understanding of tool in order to interface with IS&T

Understanding of Industrial Processes.

Knowledge of General Railway & Service Businesses to interface with Métiers

Ability to deal with functional distant networks

**Education Required**:

Degree in Engineering (Management, Industrial, Information Systems)
