Duties and Responsibilities: Support with the Group's internal legal subdepartments and external lawyers;Conduct legal research and analysis;Draft legal documents such as memos, reports, presentations, and contracts;Be exposed to a variety of legal issues in various EU and extra-EU jurisdictions;Assist in the gradual contract standardization and the design and creation of new approval workflows, as well as the release of approved templates & clauses;Help define and manage business best practices and procedures' documentation;Play an active role in the daily activities of an international in-house legal team and interact with the business from day one. Qualifications: Law Degree;Highly organized, detail-oriented, precise, responsible, and flexible;Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle high levels of uncertainty;Passion for legal work in a truly international atmosphere;Proficiency with MS Office tools;Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills (such as French) are a plus;Experience in antitrust and/or EU law is a plus;Knowledge of Iveco Group and its business is a plus.
