Internship Legal Department**:

At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a newly graduate in Law to join our Legal Department.

The role will support Diesel Legal team in the drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents, intellectual property and Brand Protection activities.

The role's main **responsibilities **are:

- Support in the draft and review, in compliance with Diesel Spa templates, of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to Diesel Spa Functions' matters to protect the organization's interests.

- Maintain databases ensuring accurate recording of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents.

- Liaise with Diesel Spa Corporate Functions supporting on all legal matters and understanding the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the organization.

- Support the team on the intellectual properties issues and Brand Protection activities.

Main **interfaces**:

- You will report to the Head of Legal department and work closely with Diesel Spa Legal Team and external legal counsels.

What **requirements **you need to have:

- Master Degree in Law.

- Interest in working within the Legal office of a global fashion brand.

- Excellent knowledge of the English language complete the profile we are looking for.

Other language skills would be preferred.

- The profile must have determination to achieve the objectives, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork.
