**Posizione**:

With offices in Milan, London, Paris, Luxembourg, and Madrid, the LSF team offers a broad range of financing products to clients in a multitude of sectors and with a flexible size range, supporting SMEs, blue chip corporates and financial sponsors alike to satisfy their financing needs and achieve a suitable capital structure (collaborating also with other divisions of the bank including DCM, ECM and M&A).

The financing solutions arranged and underwritten by the team are also diversified across the risk spectrum, ranging from investment grade to leveraged transactions and tailor-made structures.

Key responsibilities of the open position include:

- assessing the profitability and returns for the bank of the financing solutions proposed

- contributing to the preparation of pitches and marketing materials to be presented to existing and new potential clients

- supporting the preparation of internal memos to be submitted to the relevant credit committee and senior management of the bank

- providing support to the ongoing monitoring of the prevailing financing conditions in the market

- elaborating financials models to assess the financing structures proposed

- supporting the senior members in portfolio monitoring activities

**Requisiti**:

**Required Skills**:

- excellent academic results

- deep understanding of financial accounting and cash flow analysis

- a background in credit products would constitute a plus but not a strict requirement

- motivated to build a career in lending and structured finance and more generally in an investment banking environment

- analytical mindset, curiosity and a problem-solver approach

- detail-oriented attitude and accuracy are highly valued

- dependability and commitment

- ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks

**Other Requirements

- Master's Degree / Laurea Specialistica (obtained or in the last year) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or in the Management field

- Fluency in English and Italian, other European languages would constitute a plus
