In this role you will report to the HUB Europe Controller, in the ELSP Division. Particularly, you will focus on Garbagnate Monastero factory, which produces enclosures with an annual business of 50 MUSD.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Calculating the standard costs of the factory based on budget assumptions.

- Investigating the differences between the standard costs and the actuals.

- Identifying the most valuable material codes and checking them monthly.

- Financial Reporting & analysis.

- Over/under absorption analysis on P&L and cost centers level.

- Optimizing files/procedures by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.

**Your background**:

- University student, preferably in economics.

- Good knowledge of English language.

- Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation.
