Candidate ProfileCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Curiosity and research skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eager to learn about marketing and lead generation, business development (previous knowledge is a plus, but not required!

). Your Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential business leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events. Research and target new business opportunities in our key industries (Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive). Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and build relationships with potential clients. Assist in tracking and managing leads in our CRM system. Support the team in organizing and attending business development events. For You Pioneer projects for the largest companies – We are working for clients all over the world, which leads us to open numerous foreign branches.
