Your responsibilities Mapping and gap analysis of the current capacity management processSupporting the development of new methods of outsourced production planning and defining the new process to be implemented so that it is consistent with the current logistic and production set-up with the aim of guaranteestreamlined flows and high service levelsDefining requirements for the development of new IT systems for the execution of the processes involved in the projectSupporting all phases of the projectSupporting for operational planning when purchasing materials, monitoring stock levels and optimizing planningParametersManaging portfolio, monitoring and expediting the supplier performance, monitoring production processesSupporting Continuous Improvement activitiesYour backgroundDegree in Management or Mechanical Engineering or EconomicsVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel (Macros and Pivot), knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools (SQL, access, Power BI or similar)Knowledge of programming language as vba, vb. net, vc ++ or similarGood understanding of modeling/simulation programs as R, Matlab or similarFamiliarity with SAP will be considered a plusFluency in Italian and English, both written and spokenResults orientation, and good communication skills will complete our profile
