We are looking for an intern, who has a strong motivation on innovation and with R&D background, to join our Electrification business.

Contract: stage

**This position reports to**:

R&D Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Carry out R&D studies on materials field to innovate our products.

- Testing of materials: develop testing methods, analyzing data and produce technical reports.

- Support internal customers (R&D mainly), to choose and validate the materials.

- Editing technical specifications of materials.

- Failure analysis.

**Your background**:

- Master degree in materials/ mechanical Engineering or materials science.

- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office, other software for mathematical elaboration are a plus (ex.

Matlab).

- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

- Motivation to work on R&D projects, good networking skill.
