In our Electrification Business Area, in Distribution Solutions division located in Dalmine, we are looking for an Internship Mechanical Industrialization.

**This position reports to**:

Production Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Product development support activities

- Definition of the assembly and testing cycle (in close collaboration with Production and Quality) with communication of detailed instructional procedures

- Analytical data for production management through SAP-MES systems

- Assembly time tracking, budgeting and assembly line balancing

- Product analysis with a view to mass production and cost optimization (in close cooperation with R&D) choice of the optimal production technology and make or buy analysis (in collaboration with Supply Chain) analysis of technical and economic feasibility of c (shearing/bending/plastic moulding)

- Support for OEM KIT rationalization; ABRA cycles

- Detection of SWGR times of mechanical processing department

- Support for internalization of sheets for first power

**Your background**:

- Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanics or Management engineering

- Previous experience in the similar field is a plus

- Good knowledge of mechanical technologies

- Knowledge Solid works, Flexim, AutoCAD is a plus

- Excellent knowledge and propensity for digital tools, ability to analyze the cost of the component, definition of the cycle and assembly time, attitude to innovation

- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken

- Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile
