The Internship**:

The internship focuses on supporting the Omnichannel Excellence team with a focus on Omnichannel engagement measurement and analysis eg dashboards and websites.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to operational efficiency with a strong analytical approach, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

You will be exposed to high-level internal customer service and cross-functional team collaboration.

You will assist in various projects impacting different areas such as Marketing, Market Access and Medical, plus external agencies and international functions.

Your activities will include assisting in the analysis and assessment phase in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You will learn to steer and document projects, manage dashboards, documenting activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This internship will provide you with exposure to Customer Experience and Omnichannel engagement, dashboard and web technologies and fuel your passion for digital and data.

Adaptability and initiative are key characteristics that will help you succeed in this role.

You will assist in various projects/activities such as:

- Customer Omnichannel journey definition and monitoring

- Web platform improvement

- Websites, dashboards and meetings documentation

- UX improvement, UAT management, Business requirements definition

- Support in creation-test-running of new dashboard

- Support in identifying KPIs on specific projects and interacting with Data Analyst

- Assisting in developing project plans and monitoring project progress

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

You will learn to manage dashboards and websites following local/corporate guidelines and company digital strategy.

Some examples of activities include: tracking open actions, drafting minutes, conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide data insights useful for decision making, co-design and co-creation of dashboards, managing relationships with agencies and global offices.

**What we are looking for**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM faculty

- Competences in Data Platforms & Analytics

- Interest in project documentation (GANTT, SAL, Kick-off, minutes)

- English communication skills (writing and speaking)

- Interest in web technology

- Interest in User Experience improvement optimization

- Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Strong initiative and willingness to learn
