Internship opportunity We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Alumni & Fundraising, Employer Relations & Career Services, Guidance & Recruitment, and International Relations teams.

These 4 different internships offer an excellent learning experience, providing selected candidates with a deep understanding of how a service-oriented organization operates gained by hands-on experience in student services, project management, and communication within a dynamic and international academic environment.

Job descriptions Alumni & Fundraising Alumni & Fundraising division contributes to strengthening donor and alumni engagement through impactful events.

As an intern, you will assist in planning and executing events, supporting communication efforts, and coordinating with faculty and students to foster meaningful connections.

You'll gain hands-on experience in event management, donor and alumni relations, and fundraising strategy.

This internship provides a valuable learning opportunity to develop organizational, communication, and marketing skills in a nonprofit fundraising environment.

Employer Relations & Career Services The Employer Relations & Career Services Office supports students and graduates in their job search and manages relationships with employers.

The former internship opportunity is dedicated to career counseling and undergraduate career services and offers insight into service-oriented operations and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on career counseling for undergraduate students.

Responsibilities include supporting the organization of career guidance activities, preparing reports, researching job market trends, and collaborating on special projects and daily tasks.

This role provides valuable experience in career services and professional development.

The latter consists in assisting in organizing recruitment events, career counseling activities, and fostering relationships with domestic and international employers.

Additional tasks include data collection, report preparation, and market benchmarking.

This role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in stakeholder management and service-oriented operations.

Guidance & Recruitment Office The Guidance & Recruitment Office oversees recruitment campaigns for prospective students (national and international) across Bocconi's undergraduate programs.

The internship offers hands-on experience in university guidance projects, recruitment initiatives, and stakeholder engagement at a global level.

Key tasks include managing relationships with prospective students, supporting events and communication efforts, and providing operational and analytical assistance within an international, dynamic environment.

Global Alliances Join the Global Alliances team and contribute to the development and management of Double Degrees and Special Programs (CEMS, Themis).

The intern will support students throughout their international academic journey, collaborating with partner universities and Bocconi colleagues.

Their tasks will include communication and promotion of global opportunities, student support, scholarship management, event organization, and data analysis.

This internship offers hands-on experience in international education, enhancing your project management, intercultural communication, and analytical skills in a dynamic and global environment.

Requirements: Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path Fluent in English and Italian Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts ( at least 6 months ) Fluent in English and Italian Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and criticalthinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented approach along with the ability to adapt to different target; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem solving approach.
