MissionsYou will be a support to the Private Debt team in evaluating, filtering, executing, and monitoring Private Debt transactions.

Main tasks include:Studying and analyzing activity, market, positioning, and financial performance of target companies;Updating financial models and presentations;Supporting the drafting of investment committee memos;Supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies, drafting periodical reports and analyses. ProfileCurrently pursuing or holding a degree from a business school or university with a specialization in Finance;Previous experience in M&A Investment Banking and/or Private Equity or Private Debt Funds;Native in Italian and fluent in English;Good knowledge of Excel (Financial Modelling) and PowerPoint;Curious and proactive, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail;International mindset; exchange abroad program is a plus.
