**Vodafone Internship Program **is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master's students, which allows you to spend 6 months as an active member in in one of the different areas.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management.
You will gain independence in performing tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving yours goals.
It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone.
In fact, it will allow you to take part in the selection process for our Discover Program.
**Role purpose**:
This position is about supporting all the activities related to design, launch and measurement of the Offer and Go to Market of the Innovative Solutions Portfolio, targeting Soho & SME customers (1-100 employees).
You will work together with the squad Product Managers in order to develop a competitive portfolio of innovative services and to deliver a 360 degrees go to market strategy to reach revenues targets.
You will cope with every aspect of the offer including positioning against competition, pricing strategy, third-parties relations, development of appropriate selling tools and collaterals.
You will have to interact with all business departments involved in product development and implementation, including the Product Marketing Team and other Tribe squads.
To grant an effective go to market you will have to interact also with sales channels and several other stakeholders like commercial operations.
In this role you will also be in contact with digital channels in order to grant the proper visibility to the Innovative Solutions portfolio.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Support the E2E commercial launch of new digital solutions
- Interact and effectively work together with related teams and departments
- Assess and analyse progress against sales target and business budget
- Solve possible commercial and technical issue also with creative workarounds
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Passionate for Marketing and Innovation
- Willingness to learn and teamwork across all Marketing Business and related functions
- Comfortable interfacing with different audiences
- Proactivity and problem solving attitude
- Skills in Digital Marketing are a plus
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Graduated (Engineering or Economics)
- Fluent in English
