You will be given the opportunity to work closely with our customers who are key players in the energy transition, to analyze their needs and compare them with market trends, legislative aspects, trade association studies and best practices from the literature.

Your objective will be to study the ABB energy monitoring solution, understand its strengths, limitations and future opportunities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collection of testimonials from customers using the platform.

- Analysis of the Customer Journey of these users.

- Study of the actual use of the platform and its widgets.

Analysis of strengths, weaknesses, risks and future opportunities of the platform.

- Study of existing business models in the energy monitoring market and analysis of possible future.

evolutions for Energy Management System platforms.

- Study of emerging technologies in the energy monitoring and energy efficiency sector.

- Investment strategies in innovative start-ups by the main players in the energy sector.

- Study of possible models of collaboration between market players.

**Your background**:

- Graduating student in engineering (management - electric), economy with interest and knowledge in the energy field.

- Good command of the Office package, in particular for Excel, Access and Power Point programs.

- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

- Propensity to work in a team, autonomy and proactivity in carrying out the assigned tasks, aptitude for continuous improvement and deepening, strong problem-solving orientation.

- Excellent management-organizational skills and aptitude for goal-oriented work.

Good interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
