MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support to the Project Manager in organizing **inspection and test visits **of Customers and third parties at Prysmian factories or internal/external laboratories, including request of VISA, hotel booking and flights tickets.

- Organization of **shipments **of cables, accessories, installation equipment and consumables needed for the projects.

- Managing of **shipping documents**: shipping invoice, packing list, certificates, import/export declarations, instructions for custom paperwork's, loading/unloading documents, etc.

- Tracking and **tracing **of shipments: monitor and control the status of the orders and relevant deliveries.

- **Project archive **management: keep updated all the project archives regarding shipments and Intercompany purchase orders.

- SAP Activities:

- Issuance of **Purchase Requisitions (PR) **for the procurement of all the goods and services from external suppliers.

- Issuance of **Call-Off orders (CO) **for the procurement of all the goods and services from external suppliers, whenever a Long-Term Agreement is in place.

- Issuance of **Intercompany Purchase Orders (I/C PO) **for the procurement of all the goods and services provided inside Prysmian Group (i. e.

cables, accessories, installation and jointing services).

- Release of **Order Confirmation **to trigger the production processes in our plant (Arco Felice).

- Release of **Customer Master Data **for any new Customer to be codified and update of the current ones.

Who we are looking for?

- Master degree in Management Engineering/Economics

- Fluent English & Italian

- Knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
