**In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support Corrections & Removals activities in the Post Market Surveillance area reporting to Head of Quality - IIG (Italy, Israel, Greece) Zone

**You are responsible for

Support Corrections & Removals activities in the Post Market Surveillance area,

helping to ensure safety and high quality of our medical devices and processes

- Submission of Field Safety Notifications to customers

- Management of customers' replies

- Management of Quality Work Orders in the Philips tool

**You are a part of

Quality Western Europe Team, a dynamic team in a professional and fun workplace, collaborating with different business in the organization (internally with Post Market Surveillance on European level, Customer Service Team, Sales team and externally with customers and local authorities)

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

- Communication and problem solving skills.

Ability to cooperate with other functions in the organization

- Educational level: Bachelor's or Master degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy, or other medical/engineering degrees

- Speaking, understanding and writing fluently in English and Italian

- Quality mindset and attention to details

- Knowledge of EU MDR would be a plus

- Recommended knowledge of ISO standards 9001 and 13485
