The resource will also be involved in the following activities:

- managing Suppliers Portfolio, including the platform Synertrade and update of a "Albo Fornitori";

- defining internal customers' needs and ensuring Supply continuity;

- preparing Tender documentation (technical attachments with specifications and reference data);

- issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs), including collection and tabulation of tenders;

- participating in negotiations;

- managing catalogues and price lists;

- issuing Purchase Orders and Call-Offs;

- supporting the finalization of supply contracts.

- state of progress of the main projects;

- state of progress of Cost Reduction initiatives;

- purchasing dashboard.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Engineering/Economics;

- Basic knowledge of International Trading;

- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1, written and oral);

- Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

- Analytical skills;

- Problem solving skills.
