**Main Activities**:

- Coordinating process industrialization activities, debugging and optimizing new and innovative processes.

- Supporting the Product Development team with process related issues that arise during tyre building activities.

- Organizing and coordinating process tests to improve know-how and optimize process parameters.

- Performing tests and analyses to better understand and resolve quality related issues in production.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or similar technical topics.

- Fluency in Italian.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, basic skills in Python are appreciated.

- An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques.

- A preference for data-driven decision making.

- An openness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
