INTERNSHIP RECEPTIONIST

Reporting to the Head of Education, receptionist ensures the first welcome of students, teachers, visiting professors and guests in order to develop the welcoming and professional spirit of our Academy which aims to create a student-centered environment within our Campus.

- Assures a welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving the pass and the general information about the Campus and all services and Units.

Executes the distribution of the student badge.

- Supports the annual update of the guide, coordinates the collection of updates, requires and verifies the translation and layout of the texts.

- Renews existing agreements with stores and various services and is responsible for the registration of new ones.

Updates the digital archive of agreements and communicates new agreements to students and staff.

- Supports the Registration office in the daily activities in ordinary administration.

- Supports other academic offices in coordinating the entire flow of outgoing mail (letters, pony, couriers) and providing assistance to Units that need to send letters or packages.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BA/MA in Languages, Communications, Marketing, Economics

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Suite Adobe

- B2/C1 level of English

- Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills

CONDITIONS:

- Full time internship of 6 months

- Expenses reimbursement of 800 EUR

- Workplace: Rome

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage

Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €800, 00 al mese

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:

- Roma, Lazio: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Preferenziale)
