You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other functions.

**Mission**:

In this role you will support the Electrical and Kitchen Retail Sales Channel Managers, and you will provide excellent customer service, promoting this idea throughout the organization.

**Tasks**:

- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing of Sales Managers and staff.

- Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation.

- Screening phone calls, inquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate.

- Meeting and greeting visitors.

- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.

- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.

- Organizing meetings (location, meals, hotel booking, etc. . . ).

- Liaising with clients; suppliers and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

- Ability to understand complex and uncertain scenarios.

- Enthusiastic team player.

- Proactive and dynamic approach

- Fluent in English
