- Are you able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with energy and enthusiasm?

We're looking for an intern to join our service model and post integration team, and:

- support digitalization initiatives that will drive the business forward

- contribute to the coordination of a various array of activities, including service model design and upgrades and post integration activities

- work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units (e. g. , HR, Finance, Marketing, Risk, etc.

)

- help managing priorities and strategic goals of the Bank

**Your team

- You'll be working in the Service Model and Post Integration team based in Milan.

We lead a number of initiatives aiming at upgrading our service model and effectively manage post integration activities.

You'll be working closely with GWM Market Head, Region Heads and the Bank's functions, in a highly motivated and diverse environment.

**Your expertise

- excellent organizational skills and ready to juggle many tasks simultaneously

- excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills

- quick learner when it comes to new skills, be it a new IT tools, or new processes

- always striving to challenge the status quo: remove barriers and increase work efficiency

- natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
