As a Procurement Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the Global Procurement function of our organization.

This internship is designed to provide you with practical exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiations.

You will support our experienced procurement team on projects in the Shared Services category, which includes travel and mobility, consultancy, facility management.

**Responsibilities**:

1.

Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential suppliers, gathering information on service offerings, pricing, and capabilities;

2.

Collaborate with the procurement team to analyze market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend innovative sourcing strategies;

3.

Participate in the procurement process, which may include issuing purchase orders;

4.

Aid in the maintenance of supplier databases, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation;

5.

Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions;

6.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure alignment in procurement processes and initiatives;

7.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve procurement processes and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

1.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field;

2.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail;

3.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good knowledge of English (B2/C1, written and oral) is a must;

4.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team;

5.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

6.

A high level of enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

**Duration and Compensation**:

This internship is expected to last 6 months and is a paid position.
