We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager - Internship to join our growing team, to provide support for social posting, engaging with our community, forward thinking in our social strategy while integrating it with our campaigns and adv strategy.

**In particular, the internship will give you the possibility to**:

- Participate in the definition of editorial strategy

- Support for definition of editorial plans (with editor and designer) for social media channels and newsletters.

- Create content, both written and by briefing designers

- Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts

- Post contents

- Moderate and build conversations with followers

- Analyse content performance

- Optimise the social media content style

- Develop an editorial and social media content calendar and ensure content team is on board

**What you'll bring;

- You completed/are completing a Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Communication and Media or Marketing or similar

- You have an interest and ability to create content, write blogs, and case studies would be a plus.

- You have a good knowledge of social media.

- You are Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written).

- You can work collaboratively across different teams.

- You're organised and have the ability to multitask and prioritise.

- You have desire to learn about new formats and explore new ways of communication and persuasive language.
