It is present in more than 80 countries with 5, 000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.
We are looking for an intern to join our Content team in the Marketing department at the Diesel headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), specifically supporting the Global Social Media Manager in leading social media strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools, content and initiative to fuel upper funnel KPI and brand awareness, ensuring a proper amplification of key brand messaging globally.
The key responsibilities are:
- EDITORIAL PLANNING (including PUBLISHING)- Support in the ongoing management of the social media editorial calendar across the house social media properties;
- Coordinate the copywriting process, ensuring daily alignment with the copywriter;
- Publishing content on the brand's social media properties (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Discord, Youtube, Spotify);
- UTMs creation and tracking;
- Manage product catalogue on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest liaising with e-ecom.

- DAM and archive management;
- Coordinate and support livestreaming activities on social media during events.
- SOCIAL MEDIA MONITORING: PERFORMANCE AND INSIGHTS REPORTING- In depth monthly and biweekly analysis of social media performance including competitors benchmarking;
- Social media monitoring tools management: maintain relationship with the already existing vendors (SocialBakers), conduct market research for scouting new ones including a new social listening tool;
- Ensure the correct execution of community management guidelines by coordinating an external agency.
- STRATEGY- Trend research reporting and support/participation in the definition of the digital and social media ecosystem strategy.
- COLLATERALS- Manage sample trafficking and products shipments for ad hoc social media content production and shootings;
- Work and liaise closely with marketing dept.
teams (Art Direction, Product merchandising, e-comm, CRM, media , PR, BVX) to re-define internal processes and flows;
- Maintain and coordinate external suppliers relationship: assure registration, agreement signing, invoice processing, and payments follow up;
- Support the SMM in crafting digital communication plans, ensure content publishing and production by liaising with the house's Metaverse Business Unit (especially in regards to NFTs related projects on Discord and Twitter).
Key requirements:
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and passion for digital & social media ecosystem, new digital trends, including being updated on latest tendencies and best practices in web2 and web3.
- Precision, attention to details;
- Organizational and meeting deadlines skills;
- Interpersonal and relational skills;
- Bachelor/master degree in Marketing or Digital marketing studies / Economics / IT / Humanistic studies
- Presentation skills (skilled in power point and excel);
- Great knowledge of the English Language
