**Posizione**:

Alpinestars is currently recruiting for talented new graduates to support the implementation of strategic projects to support the business plan for its European Head Quarter located in Asolo, Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity in an international company, with the chance to lead and contribute to different projects & actions.

You will support the management of transformation projects in order to optimize the key factors of the strategic map and thus implement the business model in practice.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor o Master's degree in Management Engineering or Economics;

- Accountable, self-motivated and proactive;

- Strong analysis capability and problem solving;

- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast moving and often-changing environment;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Comfortable executing in a global team;

- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources;

- Fluent in English (written and verbal);

- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point).
