**THE INTERNSHIP**:

You will have the chance to enter in contact with the pharmaceutical industry in a very dynamic and challenging environment: with this internship you will join the System Quality Assurance (SQA) team within our chemical production site of active substances of BIDACHEM in Fornovo Sangiovanni (BG).

You will be supporting the Quality Assurance function in the local information systems implementation, data migration and internal auditing.

You will also support the Integrated Management System and LOS Country Manager with the activities related to the management of the controlled documents and the assignment of the mandatory training to the relevant employees - definitely something new to learn every day!

**We offer a 6 months internship with the possibility of a 6 months extension

**Tasks & what you will be learning**:

- Support the local system migration project (to Veeva Vault): participation in international meetings, managing of data migration related activities, arrangement of testing in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;

- Support the definition of Curricula in the Integrated Management System (LOS) by registering and assigning appropriate courses, in collaboration with our HR office in Milan;

- Support the review and validation of existing Quality Assurance's business procedures and support the local implementation of corporate procedures;

- Support the qualification of our providers on GOtrack system;

- Support the preparation and execution of internal Quality Assurance audit.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in chemicals, engineering or similar - engineering management (ingegneria gestionale) preferable

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and IT tools

- Knowledge of Veeva would be considered a plus

- Good command of the English language and native level of Italian language

- Strong team working and communication skills

- Analytical skills and ability to manage different projects in a cross functional environment

- Attitude of active experimentation to find solutions for challenges and changes
