JOB PURPOSE:To define a new control process to ensure the testing quality on wet braking, applying statistical and mathematical methods in order to reduce the test variability as well as to define a predicting model. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Normalize existing testing data sets and create rich dimension tables (database) identifying trendlines. Support data analysis through new solutions by ensuring clean data correctly mapped and processed. Understand and identify the most significant factors which influence the wet test performance (root cause & effect analysis). REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:Degree (5 years) in Engineering (preferred Mechanical or Electronics). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Project management basics. Ability to analyse problems with an engineering approach is strongly required. Digital technologies capability is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Matlab (Minitab knowledge is welcome). Knowledge of lean six sigma methodologies will be considered a plus. Languages:ItalianEnglish: proficient level.
