About The Job As Visual Merchandising Intern instore, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories.

You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.

In this role, you will oversee all product category launches, performances, and the overall image of the store, including lighting, furniture, and all extra activities.

Job ResponsibilitiesMAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, prepare and implement store VM zoning and rotations in collaboration with Store Management. Responsible for windows installation and events set up. Share qualitative visual feedback after each rotation with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central team. Be the ambassador and the role model in store. Master knowledge of all product categories. Leverage visual merchandising as a way to drive sales by engaging and involving Store management. Manage, guide, and develop In Store VMs. Visit competitors and report best practices. Guide and train the store team through the VM standards required to support sophistication and ensure a correct image of the store. Engage and sensibilize all sales team to maintenance and products replacement. ProfilePROFILE: Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods. Sense of Style, Art, and Fashion. Detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of the market and competitors. Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure. Previous experience as VM. Graduate or undergraduate. Good knowledge of Office package. Fluent in both Italian and English. Reference LVM26706
