**What you'll be doing as an **Intern** in our **Visual Merchandising **at **Fidenza Village**:

- **Help in commercial frame construction - consistent among channels, brands, partners & tiers**:

- **Help in commercial Calendar - alignment with the full year marketing calendar**:

- **Help in production pitch decks - create ad hoc and consistent PowerPoints to build up bespoke sales kit for the commercial team**:

- **Help in document updating: fulfill all the daily documents for central and local usage: AAR, monthly recap, weekly business results, business review, campaign overview**:

- **Help in partners campaign construction: back end activities (Salesforce, PowerBi, VIP Pass creations and report, gift card report, lead source registrations analysis, CONIQ analysis, partnership CRM analysis etc. . )**:

- **Help in admin and legal procedure (new agreements, new supplier forms, legal requests, budget and purchase order control)**:

- **Help in content creation - liaise with graphic designers, content, editing and comms team for the content creation of the materials for all partners**:

- **Help in coordinating the brand Retail marketing offers - both centrally & locally**:

- **Help in informing and updating the Hospitality and Tourism Information Centre Team on the customer facing activities with precise and complete brief on all partnership initiatives (local and central)**:
