You will support and collaborate with the Store Design & Visual Merchandising team.

This instructive internship has various missions that will allow you to fully understand the visual communication of a luxury brand, work in the core strategy of an International group.

**Visual Merchandising key tasks**:

- Work closely with Visual Merchandising manager on competitor's mapping within the three different channels (national chains, traditional chains and ultra-prestige)

- Assist Visual Merchandising manager with organization and implementation of window schemes set up.

Manage internal reporting to be shared at EMEA and Global level

- Contribute to the local trade materials development together with the team

- Adapt the Visual Merchandising assets in conformity with brand equity and directions given by Global, Marketing and creative teams

- Production of technical drawings for local needs

- Monitor and identify best practices to scale, be curious and always up to date

- Support, create and analyze Visual Merchandising survey to be deployed to the field force on quarterly basis

**Store Design key tasks**:

- Production of 3D images (Sketchup) for internal and external validation

- Support Store Design manager on production monitoring (validation of shopfitters' technical plans, verification of production up to remote installation)

**Qualifications

- Student of Graphic/Art school or Interior Design degree;

- Proficiency in English and Italian (both mandatory)

- Proficient in SketchUP, AutoCad & Microsoft Office

- Able to adapt to both Store Design and Visual Merchandising project

- Capability to work in a team environment, very good interpersonal skills

- Rigorous, well organized

- Sense of aesthetics, attention to detail

- Adaptability, agility, open minded
