Role purpose**:

The role consists in supporting the management of projects and the day-by-day improvement of the customer experience on the digital channels assisting Vodafone's B2B customer base

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Help managing the My Vodafone Business app and the selfcare portal evolution from the concept creation to the project release;

- Collaborate with the "marketing customer base team" to implement the best and most profitable sales campaigns;

- Build the best customer experience for each business segment;

- Understand customer behaviour and needs through data analysis to satisfy customer needs and help preventing churn, while increasing channels' penetration.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Robust understanding of business needs and primary stakeholders;

- Clear understanding of industry trends, economics, financial KPIs (e. g.

profit & loss) market and customer dynamics;

- Business foresight and entrepreneurship to contribute to the wider digital business strategy;

- Excellent analytical mindset, high attention to detail and desire to make improvements;

- Strong communication and presentation skills, enthusiasm and motivation;

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian;

- Passion for digital/technology

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Graduate education (business degree, engineering degree).
