Position**:

As a part of the MTO Collection & WW Retail Merchandising Team, this internship will focus on brining the management of MTO orders to another level, enabling tracking of the orders on the system and seamless UX to all stake-holders (in store and within WOF events) leveraging on digital tools with a client-centric and user-centric approach.

**Training Path**:

Support Fendi in a project of redesigning the Made To Order process and systems for the WW events & store network:

- Liaise with Design and Product Development team to map the collection and internal process

- Collect and map requirements for implementation of pricing tool and data analysis on orders tracking

- Liaise with Digital, IT and Project Management teams to define the digital tools and UX

support with the analysis of the project performance

- Collect requests from Merchandising teams in all Zones

- Collaborate with Omnichannel team to promote and coordinate activations in all Zones

- Collaborate with Training team to write product and tools training

**Profile**:

- Successful studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies

- Previous experience in Merchandising internships will be considered a plus

- Fluent in English, Italian is a plus

- Strong financial and analytical skills tied in with Microsoft Office skills, Excel and Power Point mastery required

- Planning skills and analytical skills

- Organized, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents

- Team player, committed with drive to achieve objectives
