Internship within the Woman LG Retail Merchandising team Reference: FEND03761 Job title: Internship within the Woman LG Retail Merchandising team The intern, as part of the Woman LG Retail Merchandising team, will support the team in the everyday retail merchandising activities, focusing on the assortment strategy and SKU allocation by store. In particular, the intern will help the team with the creation and update of Assortment Matrix and of the Target Stock Level analysis, ensuring that the right products are in the right location with the right level of stock, collaborating with regions and other teams. This position is based in Rome. Job responsibilities: Assortment Planning: Collaborate with the zones' teams to define and curate product "packages" that align with our brand's vision and market demands. Allocation Management: Support in ensuring the precise distribution of products across various store clusters, maintaining optimal stock levels and product availability for both Seasonal and Timeless collections. Performance Monitoring: Assist in regularly monitoring and controlling TSL (Target Stock Level) and depth to guarantee the right product mix and inventory levels in stores. Data Analysis: Collaborate with the team in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and allocation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Retail Teams, Visual Merchandising, Collection Merchandising, Go to Market, and Supply Chain. Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management; previous experience in this field will be a plus. Fluency in Italian and English. Strong analytical skills. Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ). Passion and good knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry. Positive and proactive attitude.
