Internship Workforce Planning And Hr Analytics
The intern will support the Workforce Planning and HR Analytics team in analyzing workforce data and trends to help shape our strategic HR initiatives.
They will assist in the development and implementation of workforce plans and HR analytics projects that align with the company's goals and objectives.
**Main activities**:
- Assist in the analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support the development of workforce plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Help maintain and update HR analytics tools and dashboards.
- Participate in the creation of presentations and reports for HR and management teams.
- Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Keen interest in HR processes and workforce planning.
