Interpreter And Private Rental Liaison
Responsibilities**:
**Interpretation Services**:
- Provide high-quality interpretation services for English-speaking customers during property showings, inspections, and other housing-related appointments.
- Facilitate communication between clients, property owners, and relevant stakeholders.
**Private Rental Liaison Support**:
- Act as a liaison between private rental occupants and property owners, realtors, or designated points of contact (POC).
- Respond to phone calls or in-person requests to address private rental issues.
**Language Proficiency**:
- Demonstrate advanced language proficiency in English and Italian to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive communication.
**Documentation**:
- Provide a detailed resume documenting previous Italian interpretation experience for English-speaking customers.
**Qualifications**:
**Interpreter Experience**:
- Minimum of three years of proven experience as an interpreter, specifically in the Italian-English language pair.
- Familiarity with real estate and housing-related terminology.
**Language Proficiency Certification**:
- Alternatively, provide an English Language Proficiency Certification from a European accredited school or institution that is equivalent to Level 4 Language Fluency Clarification.
**Customer Service Skills**:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle diverse and sensitive situations with professionalism.
**Adaptability**:
- Ability to adapt quickly to various settings and contexts, including property showings, inspections, and client interactions.
**Communication Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to provide a resume demonstrating previous Italian interpretation experience or an equivalent Language Proficiency Certification.
- Flexibility to work with a diverse range of clients and adapt to their communication needs.
**Private Rental Liaison Support Contractor Specifics**:
