We are looking for an HRIS Trainee to support the delivery of HR digitalization projects, contributing to the transformation of HR processes.

You will be involved in the following activities: Collaborating with various HR process owners and other stakeholders, liaising with the Systems Integrator/IT Department, and evaluating feasibility and priorities.

Ensuring the consistency of the designed solutions with other HR tools and supporting the IT Department in integrating new solutions.

Managing project tasks such as planning meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking progress.

Supporting the analysis of current HR processes to identify potential digital improvements and contribute to defining the HR system transformation roadmap.

Assisting end users and help desk services.

Ideal profile: Proficiency in Office (preferably Excel and Power BI).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Master's degree or studies in Human Resources.
