Inventory Assistant
Responsibilities:
**Inventory Management**:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team for replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
**Sales Support**:
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing information, and addressing inquiries.
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Work closely with marketing to execute promotional activities or campaigns.
**Reporting**:
- Generate reports on sales trends, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors Graduate
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or inventory management is often preferred.
- Familiarity with direct selling or multi-level marketing (MLM) concepts may be advantageous.
