For our Planning Team, we are looking for an Inventory Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen the department and to be able to grow even more.

**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assure the supply of the demand (short and medium term) across supply chain / factories with the objective to manage inventory in an optimized way

- Balancing supply and demand as an interface between production planning and demand planning

- Identify potential to optimize, deplete, (re-)allocate stock and define optimal levels, including safety stock strategies

- Define relevant KPI's together with demand & production planning (Availability, Average stock level, freshness, write off cost. . ) and responsible for them, report on performance

- Realizing that all the latest information on supply order status is captured in the ERP system

- Cross - department collaboration and Sales & Operation process optimization

- Ensure successful new product launches & switches together with marketing, SCM and sales

- Contribution to projects

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE THE PERFECT MATCH

- At least 3 years experience in a planning function withing Supply Chain

- Degree in logistic or similar fields

- ERP experience necessary, ideally SAP S4 + IBP experience

- Digitally-savvy & data-confident

- Strategic and analytic competences and entrepreneurial attitude

- Autonomous, structured and responsible way of working

- Fluent in English, German or Italian an advantage
