**About the Vacancy

Performing all the activities related to the function of stock management and maintaining stock according to KPI's.

Responsible for Operational Service Agreement (OSA) - Inventory Accuracy KPI's and take care of stock alignment between the customer's stock management system (ERP) and NewCold's WMS

**What will you do?

- Monitoring and reacting to KPI results and working with the Site Manager to identify and share improvement ideas ("Inventory Accuracy" and "Stock Loss Threshold" KPIs)

- Create and maintain a customer service system (site specific policy and procedures) that supports the service levels agreed upon with the customer(s)

- Appropriately escalate and communicate customer issues the correct warehouse operation manager on site to ensure quick resolution

- Daily contact with the customer and warehouse operations to discuss customer service and stock related issues

- Weekly formal contact with Site Manager and customers to discuss relevant KPI's and current operational issues

- Inventory always meets HAACP and BRC standards in coordination with the site's QESH Program and the customer's QA requirements

**Who are we looking for?

- 3 years experience

- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management

- Similar experience as a stock controller or inventory management in another logistics provider of at least 5 years.

- Excellent communicative skills

- Pro-active Attitude

- Helicopter view

- Good coordinator

- Computer Competency

- Good English conversational skills
