Responsibilities:Track KPIs on inventory levels and performances and publish weekly and monthly scorecards. Provide support in performance analysis, reconcile inventory variances, identify root causes and corrective actions. Develop reporting & analytics to support performance management and improve Inventory visibility. Support the implementation in the EMEA Region of the Inventory Optimizer SAP IBP module. Perform periodic controls on planning master data fields. Develop and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders: Supply Planners, Regional Distribution Planners, Demand Planners, Customer service & Logistics, FP&A Supply Chain. The mission of the role is to implement processes, tools and performance management procedures in order to drive best in class inventory optimization.

Competences to be acquired:Knowledge of the specific industry (Spirits) business context and related KPIs. Supply Planning logic in a complex and multinational ecosystem. Managing stock levels and products availability. Technical and personal skills:Strong analytical skills and ability to plan autonomously according to priorities and urgencies. Able to collect and critically interpret data and numbers to ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellence in execution. A proactive and fast learner keen to evolve, challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction. Software Skills:Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Language Skills:Good Italian is a nice to have.
