It has a portfolio of over 25 (and growing) different investments in various industries (from renewables to health care to new space and deep tech), at different investment stages (from seed to growth capital) and with various levels of participation (from financial minority to full control).

The company is reaching a level of investment and a speed of growth that requires an enhanced follow-up of its growing portfolio.

Is therefore looking for a Financial Controller/**Investment Analyst**, working directly under the **Managing Director** and the **CFO**.

He/She will be responsible for the following activities:

**Controlling

- Analysis and track keeping of performance, milestones and results of investments

- Maintenance and improvement of the reporting system

- Business and financial planning, preparation of economic budget, ongoing monitoring and reporting against budget and targets

- Financial analysis, KPI management

- Cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting

- Preparation of monthly financial information

**Support in the screening of the opportunities' pipeline

- Sectorial analyses

- Analysis of target companies

- Support in the deal structuring phase

**Management of portfolio companies

- Preparation and follow up of main companies' events (board of directors, shareholders' meetings, portfolio corporate fulfillments management etc.

)

- Support to follow-up investments and exit decisions evaluation and execution

Outstanding analytical capabilities and business sense, statistical and numerical abilities, teamwork skills together with curiosity and quick-learning abilities are essential to be successful in the role.
