About Novaterra
Novaterra is a venture capital fund, on a mission to solve the most pressing needs of our time, by investing in innovative pre-seed and seed companies, whose Founders share the same ambition to leave a mark in the world.
The fund aims to build a large portfolio of diversified and permanent companies, guided by our investment theses, which systematically address macro trends and uncover market gaps, within the following focus areas: sustainability transition, responsible technology, human advancement, and healthcare development.
We believe that the most valuable investments combine financial returns with social and technological advancements and, this can be achieved only by nurturing revolutionary entrepreneurs with exceptional talent, who can tackle the most challenging problems with transformative solutions.
This is why, unlike other funds, Novaterra is not just investing, but also partnering with Founders, by providing the strategic advice of its Limited Partners, who have previous successful entrepreneurial experience, and by offering access to a Venture platform, designed to validate ideas, launching MVPs, structuring scalable operations and teams.
The fund is based in Milan and currently has 10 portfolio companies across Germany, the UK, the USA, and Italy.
