Investment Associate – Early-Stage Private Equity About the Role A leading private equity firm specializing in early-stage investments is looking for an Investment Associate to join its Milan office.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic investment team, identifying and executing high-growth investment opportunities while working closely with portfolio companies to drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on investment experience, and a passion for supporting innovative businesses in their early stages.

Key Responsibilities Investment Analysis & Execution: Identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities in early-stage companies across various sectors.

Financial Modeling & Valuation: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, scenario analysis, and due diligence on potential investments.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Support transaction structuring and negotiations with founders and co-investors.

Market Research & Sourcing: Develop investment theses by analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.

Portfolio Management: Work closely with founders and management teams to support value creation, operational improvements, and growth strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including co-investors, advisors, and industry experts.

Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting.

Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.

Experience in early-stage investments and an understanding of startup dynamics is highly desirable.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in working with high-growth businesses.

Fluent in English and Italian.
