To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an Investment Associate (m/f/d) to join our investment team in Milan. About the Role - Selection of investment opportunities, including market research, preparation of business plans, company valuation, due diligence.

Market and competition analysis across all sectors and business models.

Participation in management meetings, preparation of valuations, indicative offers and term sheets.

Participation in all aspects of M&A processes, from acquisition to successful exit.
